Information for Participant Authors

Oral Presentations

The time-slot for the presentations is 20 min and splits up in 15 min for lecture, and 5 min dedicated for discussion with the audience and for setting up the next speaker's presentation.

All presentations should be tested in the break before your session starts. Laptop VGA/DVI/HDMI connections with stereo sound will be available. A dedicated PC with the ability to read standard Office formats, ppt, pdf etc., with internet connection and stereo sound will also be available.

Poster Presentations

Posters will be pinned up for the whole conference for unguided discussion. At the beginning of poster sessions there will be a short poster presentation slot for authors to introduce their work. Each author should plan for 1 minute maximum, no more than 2 presentation slides.

It is recommended that posters should be in A0 portrait format (841 x 1189 mm). The poster tables are 120cm wide and 140 cm high.
